Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days. Some products are available for purchase even if they are out-of-stock. Restocking of out-of-stock items varies. If you have purchased and out-of-stock item, you will receive an email regarding an estimate of how long your item will take to process. In general, processing of out of stock items may take and extra 7-10 business days, but this by no means is a guarantee.

Shipping estimates are by no means a guarantee. Sometimes you may receive a shipment sooner or later than expected depending on the time of year. During the Holiday season I recommend ordering items well in advance to accommodate for increased shipping times.

Please Note: Pura Vida Apothecary accepts no responsibility and is not liable for packages shipped without a tracking number. We encourage paying for tracking to avoid lost packages and to help you to track package arrivals especially around the holidays.

Living in Calgary? You can take advantage of the FREE LOCAL PICK UP option for those living in Calgary & surrounding area. Please note, all orders using free pick up will NOT be shipped. You must arrange pick up from Calgary location.

Refund Policy

Pura Vida Apothecary gladly accepts exchanges & returns within 7 days of a delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact me within 7 days of your delivery. Once you have confirmed the refund, please ship the items back within 14 days of receiving your order.

The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Buyers are responsible for all returns. If the items are lost or damaged in the process of the return, buyers will be responsible for the loss. It is recommended to use a shipping options that includes a tracking number for this reason.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Once we have received your returns, you will be notified if your refund has been approved. Please then allow 3-5 business days for refund to be credited.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as teas cannot be returned, however please contact me if you do have any issues with tea orders as they will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
