There are two stack options and these can be made for all genders/ sizes. Please contact me if you have any special sizing requirements. You can choose your size from either a small/ med OR med/large for women, and a Med OR Large for men.
Note: Small & Med would be the most common sizes for a woman's wrist. Only use x-small for children or a tiny wrist. Small for women is roughly 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 inches and is shown in the pictures.
Option 1: Glossy Sodalite (blue), Glossy Green Spot Jasper & Matte Howlite (white) beads.
Options 2: Matte Sodalite, Green Spot Jasper & White Lava beads.
Women's: comes with 8mm Howlite beads and 10mm Chrysocolla Beads as shown in the picture. Men's design is not shown, however is done with all 10mm beads.

Green Spot Jasper: This is a great stone for healing emotional concerns, and balancing the heart chakra. It helps you to understand your emotional needs with more clarity. This stone is also very calming and aids insomnia. Chakra: Heart
Sodalite: A stone to help you connect to your intuition, and the strength and confidence to listen to it. Facilitates logical thinking and spiritual awareness. It has calming effects to promote inner peace. Helps to shift a negative outlook into a more positive one. Chakra: 3rd Eye
